noisy room next door however and noisy traffic heard . on first floor at front of hotel so might have been quieter higher floor level.
charged in us dollars rather than pounds when paid by American Express for some reason .turned up for breakfast with 15 mins left for the sitting but there was barely any food remaining and no effort to help us find anything to eat . they had ran out of bread for toast , could not be bothered to grill any more tomatoes so we had cold raw tomatoes on bread roll for breakfast -
Restaurant Tip : kebab shops and fast food nearby as well as good pub food facilities.

location; good service; excellent breakfast buffet
This is an excellent hotel, located very close to the British Museum. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are well equipped (although not extremely big) with everything you need, from ironing equipment to coffee making facilities (including free cookies). Breakfast is a buffet, offering a wide range of food; full English breakfast is included in the price. All in all an excellent choice.

Theater prices in London are much lower than New York. Tickets are easy to get for just about any show in and around the subway station.
