We had a pleasant stay in Carlton Mitre Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beautiful gardens of Hampton Court Palace are just across the road. The staff were very nice and I want to give special thanks to the lady who was at the reception when we arrived. She was most kind to resolve the problem we first had with the room and thanks to her our stay was enjoyable.

very welcoming staff and a beautiful room, exceptionally clean. the shower was a brilliant power shower, large tv and a stocked free mini bar with soft drinks and crisps. the bedding was exceptionally comfortable and the thick black out curtains ensured i wasnt awoken early
the bar is beautifully situated by the waters edge and was reasonably priced. the food in the restaurant is ok, but there was limited choice for vegetarians.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hampton Court palace is over the road - itwould be rude not to make it top of you list when staying in this hotel!
