its area was great the most thing I liked was that it was near the park , the room was good and the staff were nice and helpful.

good location and easy access to Queensway tube station.
many things...reception staff doesn't make people feeling welcomed...the facilities inside the room are very old...even hotel can't store luggage when you check out earlier...
I booked the hotel on website and read all reviews about the hotel. Finally everything negative are proved. When we checked in and found the 2nd floor room actually had 3 single beds. I had to go back to the reception and argued that I did say a double bed in booking. Then we got the 6th floor double bed room.
When we checked out 9am and were told that we can't leave the luggage because they don't have luggage room. Everything in the room is in very old fashion and actually like living in the old age. My husband ever traveled a lot so finally we worked out how to use their shower and toilet flushing water.
Again, don't worry about the breakfast. The street outside of the station is full of restaurants and shops. We had very nice time walking around the hotel having dinner, walking in the park and notting hills area...
