Nice location but not 4 stars hotel

Not happy for the recent stay , the water from the shower above the bath always leak out and flood the bathroom floor. The bath is higher than standard and diffeicult to climb out from the bath,this made me fall and almost broke my arm. I did make a complaint at the receptionbut no one take any action until I checked out.

My only disappointment was the serious blockage of the bath tub and washing basin in my room, overall, it should be rated as a 3-stars instead of 4-stars hotel.Good location,easy access to public transport,plenty of chinese eatery around. Strongly recommended to all tourists. Shall be back again in future.

Nice City Hotel
In the center of London with 2 minutes walk to Queensway tube staion and surrounded by lots of local restaurants.

This is my 2nd time there and I still like it very much. It's very near Queensway tube station and next to Kensington park. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The famous Four Season is only 2 minutes walk. you can go to any places in London in minutes using the Tube.
