Groups Malaysia, April 26, 2013	A hotel you never missed in London Location, Transportation, Shopping 7 My only disappointment was the serious blockage of the bath tub and washing basin in my room, overall, it should be rated as a 3-stars instead of 4-stars hotel.Good location,easy access to public transport,plenty of chinese eatery around. Strongly recommended to all tourists. Shall be back again in future.

НО : В моята стая беше ужасно студено! Обърнах се към рецепцията, но там една нахална и противна млада дама се държеше ужасно безпардонно! Наложи се да извикам управителя, който учудващо беше много любезен и ми съдейства напълно! На всичкото отгоре, при въпрос дали е наличен адаптор за ел.мрежда, от същата персона на рецепцията ми бе отговорено, че "имат само за извънредни случаи", така че да отида да си купя! Не е въпроса за 4 паунда, но не е нормално в хотел 4* да се държат така!ОСвен това смптам,че е задължително да имат налични адаптори, които да предоставят на гостите - цяла Европа е с нормална ел.мрежа, намирам за глупаво заради 2 дни престой да купувам адапроти!

Location is the only thing that attracted me to this hotel 4.3 The hotel is located very close to Queensway and Bayswater Tube Stations. Bayswater area is a lively area with plenty of eatery and a big shopping mall around. Room is very small. Front desk staff wasnt very friendly and helpful. We didnt mind to have a small room or the staff for not smiling at us or giving us helpful advice BUT we just couldnt bear that hot water supply is very unreliable. There were few morning we were left with no hot water at all. The hotel management should look into way to improve hot water supply. Very very poor service.

There are 2 tube station and 2 bus stops nearby. Besides that, just 5 mins to Tesco or Sainsbury. The room is clean but no slippers.

Comfortable rooms and good location 7 The room was relatively clean although the bathroom had the odd grimy corner. Service wasn't that great as the employees seemed grumpy all day. Good location near hyde park and underground.

Groups Jordan, September 30, 2012	A big fat disapoinment location 5 I think apart from the location the room for its price was very poor old carpets were stained and filthy no tissue paper which is a basic . I took a triple room and luckily the third guest cancelled last minuteher bed was the only place to put the suitcases for two guests occupying the room. On the hole a very very shabby ,small and disgusting room even the fridge did not work i was in rm 142 you need to check it out to see if it was fit for 3 adults i have a photo of the ripped bed sheet/skirting. I think you should give it a 3 star rating and not 4 because to me it is 2 star. Very deceiving and disapointing for the price i paid. Again you really need to check it out Tawheed Tabbaa Restaurant Tip: Try to actually call someone who has stayed in athe hotel instead of relying on reviews and photos posted by hotel and booking sites.
