nice modern rooms, very friendly staff
Overall a good stay in a well equiped hotels with nice meeting rooms. Staff very friendly and good food, although not excellent. Spacy rooms with good quality beds and up-to-date bathrooms. Hotel is on walking distance to Chiswick center which offers some nivce shops and restaurant. Overall a good value for money stay
Restaurant Tip : nice restaurants on a 10 minutes walk, near in the Chiswick center.

great room, big bathroom, quiet, restaurant- had an amazing dinner!

my t-shirt went missing! we've moved to another room and i forgot my t-shirt under the pillow. few hours later after i've realized what happened we've checked the old room (still had the key), but it was already cleaned. t-shirt was never found in "lost and stolen" and they said they couldn't track a person who cleaned the room. the incident like that tells me a lot about the quality of the hotel. also, we had breakfast included into our room, turned out it was only continental which is cereal, bread and cheese. if you want something hot you have to pay for it.
in general, hotel served it purpose for us (we had a wedding in a church near by). oh, the best part was our dinner-very good food, didn't expect anything like that good in a hotel...

The rooms are modern and clean and larger than average for a London hotel. The breakfast was adequate with a good selection of fruit and pastries as well as a hot option. Great links to central London as opposite Gunnersbury tube station. A main drawback for me was the lack of computers although a connection for laptops was available in the rooms.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure to visit the health club, it has a fab spa with swimming pool.
