Close to Westminster attactions and very good breakfast.
This hotel is well placed for Westminster locations and a short walk from Pimlico tube station. The walk is pleasant but could be difficult with luggage or in rain. Rooms are roomy for London and clean. We had a minor plumbing issue with the bathhroom basin, but otherwise extremely satisfied with the room. This hotel provides an execelent full breakfast, superior to any we have had in UK.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel restaurant is highly recommended with a reasonable wine list.

Room facilities and cleanliness, service from staff
The hotel continues to provide overall good service. The rooms are always very clean and the facilities (in room internet access and tv / dvd via the Imac) are very good. Getting served at breakfast around 9am one morning took too long - this seems to be a peak time so avoid it! Concierge can book you a car to the airport if you need to leave for an early morning flight (ie before the public transport options are viable)

Good location, new accomodation, clean tools in the room
No Asian TV programs.
Slow Wifi, 7am to 9am access disable.
Hotel staff should study how Asian customer choose their stay in London. I wish Cafe staff should explain Breakfast dish order. They mistook Asian guest might understand their fast English.
