Close to city centre and transport links
Lack of car parking if you were travelling to london by car
Starting at the reception,the staff were always polite,helpful and looked happy with their jobs.the rooms were more than adequate for a short break and the food at breakfast was varied and well prepared.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the fast track facility on the london eye,it saves a lot of hanging around in queues

Breakfast good and plentiful and very central location close to the metro very quiet neighborhood with good quality services
Small rooms (but in London is normal) The view from our room was not the best There is no elevator that leads to the seventh floor (maximum 6 floors)
All in all I would say ......... well, also because the important thing was to eat well colazione.Il staff is very helpful, many were Italian.
