despite having booked this hotel a long time ago we still ended up with a room overlooking the railway line , with the corresponding noise , this was billed as a superior room.
We enquired at reception and were told all the rooms are superior rooms.
The internet was ok but having to pay £1 for 20 minutes is a rip off when we pay £100 plus per night i would expect the internet to be free to guests.
The gift shop staff could be a little friendlier, i asked for change of a 50pence piece to purchase a bus ticket,they could not have been more unhelpful.
