Good location for public transport. This is not luxury club level hotel, executive service only offers wine, beer, soft drink and crisps from 6.30pm to 8pm.

despite having booked this hotel a long time ago we still ended up with a room overlooking the railway line , with the corresponding noise , this was billed as a superior room.
We enquired at reception and were told all the rooms are superior rooms.
The internet was ok but having to pay £1 for 20 minutes is a rip off when we pay £100 plus per night i would expect the internet to be free to guests.
The gift shop staff could be a little friendlier, i asked for change of a 50pence piece to purchase a bus ticket,they could not have been more unhelpful.

IN TOWN THE SHOPPING AREA IS NEAR BY, AND THE FOOD IS ALSO NEAR BY

THE STAY THERE IS NICE. THE STAFF IS ALL OK. THE SERVICE FOR THE HOTEL IS NOT THAT GOOD BECAUSE NOBODY HELP WITH HTE BAGGAGES WHEN CHECKIN OR OUT.ALL THE SHOPPING AREA IS NEARBY AND THE TOWN IS VERY CLOSE.
