Loved this hotel. Great value for money. Location was great. Everything in easy walking distance (if you are a walker I guess) but if not very close to tube station and buses. Very clean and welcoming. The rooms were on the small size but not overly so. Very pleased to have ironing facility in room as well as tea and coffee making facility and retractable clothes line. Would certainly go back.
Location, helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable room, view of Kensington Gardens from dining room.

If you turn left out of the hotel and left again there is a small grocery / food store that is open late. They have sandwiches at about half the cost of the hotel and it is 10 times faster!

Good bar and okay restaurant. A great restaurant is just around the corner.
