Location, helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable room, view of Kensington Gardens from dining room. Loved this hotel. Great value for money. Location was great. Everything in easy walking distance (if you are a walker I guess) but if not very close to tube station and buses. Very clean and welcoming. The rooms were on the small size but not overly so. Very pleased to have ironing facility in room as well as tea and coffee making facility and retractable clothes line. Would certainly go back.

If you turn left out of the hotel and left again there is a small grocery / food store that is open late. They have sandwiches at about half the cost of the hotel and it is 10 times faster!

I had a single room on the third floor - nice enough room if not a hot day (I understand the air-conditioning is "coming soon"). The room walls are rather thin so too much noise from my neighbours on both sides disturbed my sleep.

This was easily the best value I have had in London but I worry that the price (58GBP) may be a one-off Agoda special that will never repeat itself.

Close to Paddington, so after you get off Heathrow Express, it's only a short strol to get to the bed...
My booking included continental breakfast and it can be upgraded with small additional pay (don't remember how much I did pay though...)
Close to the shopping area at Oxford street. You can buy food for supper. The breakfast staff was not really organized. I know they are busy but I cannot charge the breakfast upgrade fee to my room.
The view from the room window, it's backyard. You could hear the noise hotel staff threw away rubbish. I do not mind staying in this hotel just for one night for my arrival/departure day, but not long stay. You cannot expect nice hospitality from hotel staff.
