Jasmine T. Couples Australia, April 23, 2013	Fantastic Location and Staff Location, Staff, Comfortable room/bed 9.7 We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. We arrived very early after a long flight and were able to check in shortly thereafter (thanks Alexander!). The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and walking to other areas (Knightsbridge, Kensington etc are an easy walk away). We'll be back the next time we're in London!

This was very much appreciated as we could rest after a long flight.
