It was located at the new area of London called Excel. The environment was quiet and nice, the room was facing dockside and O2. Facilities were insufficient, indoor swimming pool was too small. The beddings were not so comfortable. However, everything was tidy and clean. Overall satisfaction of the hotel was 7 out of 10 since the location was a little bit far away from the city center of London. However, it only took about 10 min walk to the DLR station.
Restaurant Tip : Must try the breakfast in this hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of food choices.

Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Hotel is located in Docklands, not many choices or attractions in the area. It is not the most convenient option for those planning to travel to Canary Wharf but the hotel does offer shuttle services - problem is, they are often full in the morning so book your seat the day before. It is certainly aimed at business travellers with no other restaurants or attractions in the area.
Hotel Feature Tip : Book your seat on the shuttle early.
