Rooms, location and breakfast
Stayed in this holiday for a little London break and it really made our stay. The hotel was fabulous. Room was fantastic, staff very friendly and so helpful, breakfast was amazing, lobby in hotel is spectalcular. It really added to our experience. We will definitely be going back to this hotel. It was terrific value and in a fantastic location too.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room away from the lift to avoid the noise from the lift bells when the lift arrives at your floor - that was the only annoyance factor

Hotel doesnt Have a spa and room viewm
My Stay at the hotel was good overall hotel was a little bit expensive & the 24 hours internet you could just use it for a day the rooms were very comfortable the location was extreamlly good me and my friend would buy clothes from shops in oxford street and return them back to the hotel and go to out to shop for more. The staff were very friendly and helped us alot. At night time you could vist Edjwar road which is a 3 minutes walk from the hotel its really nice for married couple with kids & teens.
Shopping Tip : There is a really nice shop called primarks around the corner of the hotel very cheap you can find clothes for 5 pounds

Olecchaen well. Breakfast is considered OK.
Poor reception desk staff very inefficient.
To check the rooms to be paid. Den than thought. Add it to pay with a reception เค้า send us to another room so that the larger size. No storage room. And to move to new facilities. Appears that the room was all down to size. เค้า also said that the apology. Will move to a new moment. Enough to the new room. Appear that there is a room approximately disable capture full bathroom. And a red line (line emergency) filled out. Plus, toilet flush toilet time. It will be the approximately 3 minutes each time with no moving room grueling play. Resistant to sleep one night.
