The wifi is not actually free, valid for 7 hours only. Every 7 hours you have to renew the password.The staff on the front desk insist that you can only surf on the lobby. Use wifi in room is chargeable. Stated on agoda website wifi free. Information on agoda is unclear.

Stayed for 2 nights. very good location. walking distance to shops and subway.
We arrived a bit early but was checked-in as soon as the room is cleared, so it was not a long wait. Free wifi available throughout the hotel.
The room was quite spacious. very clean and looks new. The wife really loved it. Sufficient amount of power sockets to charge our phones and tablets. Breakfast is quite expensive though so we opt not to take it. Lots of places to eat around the area anyway.
We did however tried ordering from the room service but the food were not good.
overall it was a good comfortable hotel and the friendliest and the most accommodating staff we have met on our trip to UK and Europe.
