I can't say enough positive things about the hotel staff. We were traveling with our infant son and the check in staff upgraded us to a larger room to better accommodate our needs. The concierge helped us get our stroller to the room (up and down stairs) and helped us get settled in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone slept very well!

The wifi is not actually free, valid for 7 hours only. Every 7 hours you have to renew the password.The staff on the front desk insist that you can only surf on the lobby. Use wifi in room is chargeable. Stated on agoda website wifi free. Information on agoda is unclear.
