I love love that it is located in the central part of the city which is great for sight seeinging, restaurant sampling and shopping. Its a standard hotel with great clean comfortable rooms, frienly staff,fast service and value for money

The Double Tree by Hilton is yet another example of ththe increasingly common type of bland and sterile accommodation that masquerades as 4 star in many western cities.. These hotels lack excitement and service, is about as sincere as the type you receive in a fast food takeaway. There is nothing wrong with them but there is nothing that stirs the soul and would make you look forward to returning.

Nice and helpful staff. Good facilities - it is a pleasant surprise to have a computer in one's bedroom. Most of London's landmarks are within walking distance. The nearest Tube Station is not so near, but the hotel is easy to get to in a taxi.

very nice hotel

lovely large room, nice quite area of london, breakfast really good

checked in at 4pm our room was not ready staff handled this very well, but when we did go to the room maid were only just making up the bed, we went to our friends room whilst this was being completed
