Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good location near tube and museums in an attractive part of London.
Tacky and dirty bedrooms and reception/dining room. Limited breakfast. Next door to busy Cromwell Road. Surly reception staff. Jaded.
Queens Gate is so attractive that I had high hopes for the hotel. However it is firmly at the low end of the range and has seen better days. You would not bring your mother here but it might do if you were on a limited budget and weren't too fussy. We were given a basement room close to the noise of the busy main road. It had a grubby carpet, an electric kettle (but no cups),a double bed made by pushing together two beds (of unequal height!) and tired paint on the walls. The en-suite bathroom was tiny but quite acceptable. I presume the hotel must have a fire certificate but there was no escape plan and the ceiling was coated in polystyrene tiles (that I last saw about thirty years ago).
The breakfast was minimal but acceptable although the dining room was also grubby.
Travel tip : Gloucester Rd tube is close. There are useful eateries, pubs, coffee shops, and supermarkets around its entrance.

None, the hotel was dirty and badly run. The rooms the size of cupboards
Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff
We do not recommend staying in this hotel, the price is high and the hotel dirty and in need of renovation. The hotel is overpriced and not worth spending money on. While London is expensive there must be other hotels charging the same prices that are better maintained
