Free WiFi and location of the hotel. From Heathrow airport to the hotel, you can take Underground Piccadily line and get off at Earl's Court. Free WiFi make me happy to check email and brouse internet. Hotel staff are very nice and ready to help when in need.

Cold! 15-16 degrees at night. The windows are not airtight. The personnel at the reception were not service-minded.
