Good location & room size but no refrigerated AC
Good sized room, kitchenette facilities, free limited laundry service, close to metro underground & shops

Convenient location, close to 2 underground stations, lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Good room size but carpet was dated & appeared dirty. Small but well finished bathroom, kitchen also has a microwave oven. No split or ducted air conditioning, but was given a portable cooler unit. Corridor to rooms had a few steps making it harder for your luggage. Good free wifi. Staff were helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Laundry includes spin dry so make sure u don't give them something that may shrink!

Tiny rooms

Dont expect much from this hotel. Everything is really small and tiny, the lift, the walkway, the rooms, the toilet..standard comparable to spore's budget hotel. Expected a room with a nice view but we sleep looking at another wall outside our window. Rooms are clean though, kudos to the housekeeping!
Restaurant Tip:
Location is perfect for Muslim travellers as there are many halal cafes walking distance from the apt. There's a mall around the corner too where u can find Mark&Spencers, h&m etc.. Portobello market is about 10min walk as well as the tube station.

the hotel is very close to the metro; bayswater station. it takes only 5 minutes by walk to metro and markets; tesco express and tesco metro. if you have flight to heathrow airport then you can take express rail to paddington station then it takes only 2 metro stations to the hotel.
i and my two girl friends used triple executive apartment and we were much satisfied with facility. the facility was good and staffs were very kind and helpful. you can use free wifi service in your room.
the street around hotel was very clam and clean though it was very close to the metro station. we can reach everywhere in zone 1 within 30~40 minutes by metro or bus. it was such nice memory to us.

this hotel is very near bayswater underground station and is surrounded by many good international restaurants.
tesco express is just in front of the station and sainsbury local is also very close.
easy to access notting hill and kensington park by bus.
just 15~20 min distance to downtown (oxford st. etc)
but the breakfast is awful and expensive.
beware of the pick pockets around the station.
Shopping Tip:
visit primark on oxford street.

Convenient position and good to have a small studio as there were three of us staying.

the room was very clean and it was good to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning. also very convenient for the tube station.
Nightlife Tip:
Les Miserables is superb.

The hotel is okay. The room is clean and tidy. However, when you have special request, the staff may overlook it. In my case, my friends check-in under my name later, I asked the staff to inform me when my friends arrived. End up, my friends needed to leave the luggage in the hotel and find me in the internet.

there is little problem to check in as my friends check in late. The room is clean and tidy. However, the elevator is small and slow. Good to have free laundry for the first load. It helped my further journey.

I was traveling with two friends and expected our sleeping arrangements to be tight with a double bed and a small futon. I was pleasantly surprised to find a larger bed (probably about king size) with a large futon. We were very comfortable during our stay. There are certainly no frills to the room (not the best mattresses ever), but it was very clean, larger than we expected, and perfectly located. The only drawback was that it was quite noisy around the building. Every night people could be heard outside and every morning we woke up to the same. Still, I would definitely stay here again!
