Great hotel with a good location
close to shopping areas and two two subway lines. located a a quiet residential area

we have stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed the room. we had a studio apartment that was well equipped. the hotel is located at kensignton square that is a seven minutes walk to two underground stations.
we loved it and will consider to stay there on our next trip to london

the room and the bed was clean and comfortable even though the size of the room was quite small. the self catered facilities and kitchen was great for us to cook our meal. in general, it is a strategic and pleasant place to stay in London.

It was a nice and enjoyable stay at Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments. Comfortable room equipped with kitchenette. Also, very near to Whiteleys shopping mall and Halal food restaurants.

The apartment is affordable considering the location. It is easy to find Halal food around the area. And it easy to get around to places since the tube station is just around the corner.

This hotel was everything we needed and nothing that was not needed, ie: no chocolate on pillows,towels folded into swans etc.
Small well equipped kitchen very convenient for preparing own drinks and snacks. More social than an ordinary hotel room. WiFi a bit slow my kids a bit demanding maybe. Somewhere you could relax and be at home between hectic shopping and theatre visits. Staff both invisible and available perfect and helpful when asked. Our room on ground floor and even this was not noisey. Rest of party in another very quiet (but not so big)room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you are 5+ in your party can well be cheaper to take taxis than all those tube fares!

we stayed 4 nights in this hotel on our trip to london. so i need hotel that close to tube station. to travel inside london, i prefer to use tube with the station very near the hotel location. there are 2 tube station near the hotel. i travel with group, the apartment for 8 people is 3 rooms. small, but nice. reasonable price for accommodating 8 people.

Great price but inconvenient access to apartment

the location and room is great, wifi is free with high speed. the furniture and facilities in the apartment is new and overall it is good if you do not have big luggages. i had two big suitcases during my stay and was arranged to stay in an apartment located on 4th floor via lift 3. i needed to walk pass three corridor doors and with one to two stairs along the way from the lobby to lift 3, then another few turns and stairs again after getting to 4th floor before arriving my apartment. my husband was totally exhausted after carrying two big luggages to the apartment. so, it is more suitable for travelers with small bags.

The location of Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments was great and the people working were very helpful with any questions or requests we had, we loved the fact that we had a kitchen with everything you need to be able to make a nice breakfast or a good meal and also a very nice bathroom and a comfortable bed, although we didnt use the launry service it was good to know it was avaliable. all kinds of stores and restaurants were in walking distance.
I would stay there again.

Good location..but bad service

I booked 2 x 1 bedroom studios with a porta cot in one..theses rooms were not near each other, which wouldn't have worked with 2 young kids...there were no 2 bedroom apartment next to each other so they suggested a 3 bedroom.. But it was out of service..the floors were being cleaned..??
But the condition was we didn't get any money back... Even though it was cheaper than what I had booked.then when we came back at 3pm to get the key we were told it would be 4-30 before we could get the key.. How do you entertain 2 small children for another 90 minutes??
Then the following morning they started knockIng on the door at 9am to clean the room when check out is at 11am???
I asked for a late check out because we were checked in late but that was denied.
Would I stay there again..no to noisy and unorganized
