The Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments is in a great location, near a very tourist friendly street which has 2 subway(tube) stations(Queensway and Bayswater)and from there you can go to anyplace in London, or if you're up to walking you're at a 30min walk to either nothinghill(portobello) or oxford street(shopping district).
The staff at the hotel are very helpful and cheerful. Usually you don't see those in other hotels. Thumbs up Grand Plaza!
The rooms are clean, confortable, spacious and well equiped(very good kitchen).
I'm definately visiting London again and shall Grand Plaza be my choice of staying

Really enjoyed our stay and we didn't want to leave. I made the booking originally for the wife and I and wanted to add our two young children to the booking so I phoned up the hotel directly. The person I spoke to was very helpful and upgraded us to a family apartment which was great! We will deffinately book up again very soon!

It was so great to stay in this hotel.. at first i was a bit sceptical when i read some bad reviews bout this hotel.. And it totally differen when i checked in till checkout.. It was very quick chx in/ out.. The room is clean and important thing is the bathroom, since i am particular bout cleanliness n hygene.. It really up to my standard.i will come a again for sure.highly recommend for guest who is looking for halal food nearby.tq
