Solo travelers Denmark, May 03, 2013	Good it wasn't more expensive Close to everything, cheap. 5.3 When I first arrived and checked in I got the wrong room, I had paid for an en-suite room, but I didn't get it. And I was annoyed at this and told the receptionist and she just told med to "take it easy" witch pissed med off. The following day I was moved to another room with it's own bathroom/restroom, but the bed was so old that it should have been thrown out a long time ago. All in all the hotel bad, but its cheap and REALLY close to Oxford street and Soho, and you only have to sleep there.

The rooms are tiny, dirty and very noisy. You can literally hear the person next door snoring at night. I booked an en-suite room for £55 from agoda but found out at the hotel that it doesn't have en-suite rooms at all! Of course, hotel staff put the blame on agoda, whereas agoda's t&c's exclude any responsibilities (I wonder what a lawyer would make out of such a situation?). Contacted customer support twice but to no avail.
