Honestly, I was very impressed; but mostly with the fact that I forgot my watch and that they sent it to Paris.

I would have liked to see a weather card maybe in the room for the second day or something like that to show the weather...

I would rate rate my stay at the Grovener's house as excellent... The breakfast was fabulous every morning; just right... The tea lounge was also spectacular. All the staff was very well prepared and ready to help us at any time. I was very impressed with the food, the lobby, the atmosphere, the reception area, the conceirge, everything. When we asked for theatre tickets, we were helped on the spot; airport pickup and drop off were also provided. Overall, it was spectacular... And the location of the hotel is also marvelous, right at the heart of what's happening and the shopping areas of London. What empressed me the most is I forgot my watch in the room, and they staff and security were able to mail it to me to Paris on the same day. Honestly, that made my stay even more worthwhile.
