Excellent location... 10 min walk to High Street Kent, 10 min walk to Notting Hill Gate, 10 min bus ride to Oxford Circus. Also, right above Queensway tube station (very convenient) and 5 min walk to Bayswater tube station (circle line) Very nice breakfast (and exceptional service). Hotel is well renovated, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Lot's of good restaurants on Bayswater Road (adjacent to the hotel)

Nice reception staff, very helpful, perfect location (just next to tube station), and great views of the park. Starbucks very close by!
Single bedroom means single bed (baby type), and 2x2 room size, a bit too small if you have American standards!
I really liked it, and enjoyed my stay, just for one night although. Will use it again, but will pay for the double room!
