good hospitality and good location
no swimming pool ( i love swimming)
less waiting area
i love the hotel ..good hospitality (all people especially at concierge and check in area) and good location (convenience to go to the downtown area) and very peaceful area in Kensington, you just go out and walk a little then you can see the bus stop. The opposite of the hotel is the nice garden.
All serivces are available here and people are well trained for serve you.. lovely choice for staying in London.
