very good but when we asked for the water, the recieption make some confusion to us, since they said that we call dial 0 to ask for water but when we called 0 they said we have to go down and pay for deposit first.

Great disappointment

!close to heatrow express, near public transportation, close to shopping area)

As Hilton Honours gold member did NOT receive benefits such as free bottle water, upgrade, slippers no longer provided as other hilton hotels, no bath robe; water pressure poor; hotel seemed very grubby; no late check uyouavailable; no baggage storage room; had to insist on place to store bag with laptop computer (ended in safe deposit box!!)

Not too bad but at 11pm the fire alarm went on all floors and lifts were still in service and when we all got to lobby, no one in their staff team knew fire alarm went off and the waiter from the hotel, despite being told by us,,, still proceeded to use the lift to send room service up. We had to wait like a herd of cattle in another lobby with other people for some time.

Overall nice. Very busy with business/sight-seeing during the week. Disappointed that internet was 14 pounds per 24 hours for such a busy hotel with paying enough already. Busy gym and pool. Not too much for restaurants in the area but easy to go a few stops and get to other areas of london.

Good hotel with underground car park

Take advantage of their £10 all you can eat for breakfast. It is worth it. Some re-modelling going on in the reception area, but this is not affecting services.
Shopping Tip: Close to Edgware Road Underground stations. Short walk down to Marble Arch and Oxford Street for shopping. Underground car park and outside congestion charge zone!

Best food chain area and transport

It was just average for the overall service of the hotel. Partly disappointed with the service the hotel provided. We arrived at 7am london time and the receptionist told us there was no room available for us until the next guest checkout at 12-3pm. Making a guest wait? Why hilton is not flexible enough for a better option to customer?. Second thing, she upselled us to an executive room at just for the first night stay on temporary before we moved to the room that we booked. To our second disappointment the room doesnt look like an executive, the room smelled of someone who just smoked in the room(where it's a non-smoking room), and the air con heater wasn't functioning properly. My husband and myself moved back to our deluxe room on the second night and it was much much more better and we were happy and satisfied throughout our stay in the guestroom. The view was also perfect and the hotel area was what satisfied us. It is nearby everywhere we're going. Nearby long stretch of cheap delicious halal foods, nearby underground(trains), and buses, marks & spencer supermart is just a door away from the hotel.
Travel tip: A stretch of halal food chains for muslims and transport is nearby to everywhere you wished to go.
