Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Location was good; convenient to catch the Heathrow shuttle.
Bed was hard and small (I am a tall)
Spider bite while asleep
Business center closed on Saturday
Disappointing stay. I choose Hilton and its affiliates when I can. Except for the location, the Hilton Metropole was a disapointment. My biggest complaint was the bed. I am tall and the bed was short, and it was hard. I guess I have been spoiled by North American beds. Moreover, I got a spider bite while sleeping the last night I was there. I still have the welt one week later. Frustrating that a major hotel closes it Business Center on Saturdays.
Restaurant Tip : A great variety of Middle Eastern restaurants near by. Friendly people and excellent food.

we stayed there for 2 night and over all it was a nice stay. too bad there were no breakfast included in the price. the edgware road station is only about 2 min walk and it it very easy to get around town.

everything was as expected
the room was smaller then we expected
we were very happy with the location, we were vey central and close to everything. it took us 7-10 minutes to walk to times square, and the metro was right around the corner.the consierge was very very helpfull and took their time to help us.
Restaurant Tip : across the street,on the corner of the hotel, there is an indian vendour which was probably the best meal we had in NYC. it costs less then 5 dollars and after midnight there is a very very long line so you wont miss it if youwalk by. dont let the line scare you, they move very fast, enjoy!!
