I didn't go to check in because I confused for the location after arrived to London my friends said this hotel too far and suggest me to move to another hotel but I cannot move because of the policy of the hotel no return or no change any more. That's it!!

efficient public coach service from the airport, perfect for a layover or for getting around the windsor area upon arrival in london or upon concluding your london trip. Rooms are clean and spacious.bed comfortable.washroom is spotless.
breakfast is unreamrkable. good thing there's M&S right in front as a an option.
will definitely stay here next time.

The room had a shower that is almost not functional - there was a weak stream of cold water when London had an outside temperature of zero degre Celsius. Added to this cold experience was that the heater was not working. The checkout time was noon but the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8am and asked for my checkout.

very new and comfortable hotel.

but need to pay for wifi which is around 10ponds for 24 hours and need to take 30 mins inclding waiting time for bus transport from hotel. and the bus costs 5pounds per person. that's really expensive.

I always enjoy a stay at this hotel mainly as I know what to be expected hip hopp bus every 1/2 hour and local bus to airport then use Oyster pass (unlimited travel for 5 pounds aday ) works for me..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
on the london tube you can buy a Oyster card for 5 pounds and put extra money to cover the cost of travel ticketless runs at 5 pounds a day and lets you pass through station effortless card is refundable iam told
