Excellent New Makeover!

This was a fantastic hotel tucked in the countryside. It was very clean and the room was well furnished with new furniture. It is a bargain of a price. The hotel had a lovely bar area, and we dined there one evening. A gym is next door, and for 6 pounds one can use it, including a swimming pool. We didn't have time, but would have had we stayed longer. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend this. It is not close to much, that is the only inconveinence, but Gatwick shuttle does go there- be sure NOT to make the mistake of going to Holiday Inn, but instead Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth.....we arrived originally at the wrong hotel.

Nice Hotel near Gatwick Airport

We arrived in Gatwick Airport at night and found it difficult to get a taxi. When we did get one eventually, the charge was 15 pounds to get to the hotel. So although the hotel seems to be near Gatwick Airport, it wasn't really as convenient as it would first seem to be.
The hotel staff were friendly and our room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was okay and was good value for money (10 pounds).
The ariport shuttle leaves every hour and is convenient; though it takes about 25 minutes to reach the terminals because it has to go to other hotels to pick up passangers.

we didn't need to use the restaurant or bar so can't comment on that, but the breakfast was buffet style and was well-stocked. the room was large, quiet and comfortable. when i reported a potential fault with the toilet flush on departure, the duty manager had contacted maintenance before we'd completed the check out. service was very customer-focussed. will definately use this hotel again.

good hotel, only a 15 min cab ride (~11 pounds) to gatwick. stayed overnight before an early morning flight, room was very nice and staff was very helpful. the hotel is located on a lush green area too!

Only 15 mins from airport so great for an overnight stop between flights. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Location was lovely and external nicely done. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

GATWICK공항에 접근이 용이했던 조용했던호텔

게트윅공항이 생각보다 꽤 멀어 택시비도 16파운드이상 나왔다. 편도. 아님 여러호텔을 데려다주는 리무진버스(1인 4파운드)를 타는 편이있는데 불편한 편이었다. 호텔주위엔 식당및 상점들 전무.. 공항이동으로만 생각하지않으면 상당히 불편할것

전혀 주위 식당및 상점이 없어 호텔에서 먹는 방법밖에 없는데 상당히 비싸다 공항등에서 간단히 사가지고 가서 먹으면 저렴한 편이 될것

2 DOUBLE BED ROOM을 예약하고 갔는데 방을 열어보니 DOUBLE BED하나만 있는 장애자용방이어 기분이 많이 상했다 하여 FRONT에 HOTEL BOUCHER를 보여주며 항의했더니 방이 전부 FULL이다 하며 한참후에 BLANKET등 들고 오더니 다른방을 보여주며 SOFABED 하나를 (방사이즈도 아주 적은...)더 만들어주겠다해서... 이건 아니다 하며 아고다와 너희 HOLIDAY INN CUSTOMER SERVICE를 통해 강력히 항의하겠다하며 조용히 논리적으로 따졌더니 정상적인 2 DOUBLE BED ROOM으로 안내를 해주었는데 밤늦게 도착 피곤한 상태에서 한시간이상 지체하다 겨우 방에 들어갈수 있었다. 안좋은 기억이다 FRONT DESK STAFF서비스가 안좋다
