Close to the airport
close to the airport. Shuttle bus to airport was good price

comfortable, especially after a long flight. Watch out for overly expensive taxi fares from the airport. The shuttle bus was much cheaper and quite convenient, although takes extra time of course.allow plenty of time if catching shuttle to airport. It takes about half an hour, if a lot of passengers and yet is a short distance. Only ten mins if at a quiet time of day.

not so easy to access from the airport

My room is on the ground floor's disable room, need to open 5 fire doors in the long corridor to access...difficult with luggage.
Take about 20 min to get there with hoppa bus, and the bus only avaliable every half an hour. not that easy as i expect..

The hotel is close to LHR terminal 1, 2 and 3. It is a little bit tricky to get to the hotel by HOPPA shuttles, because there are 3 holiday INNs in that area and the names are confusing. It took about 45 minutes by shuttle from the hotel to terminal 4. Staffs' performances were disappointing.

we have stayed at this hotel for our last two visits to london heathrow. it is around 10 minutes bus journey from terminals 4 and 5 by taking the h54 bus service. it is also only 15 minutes walk from all the major car hire companies. the breakfast is excellent and i can't wait to go back to have the hash browns again! the rooms are clean and have all the major features of a hotel of this star grade. the staff are friendly and helped with directions.

There is a vending machine on the ground floor near the lifts.

this is a great hotel. the service was exemplary as well as the room. the food was also delicious though a bit pricey. the only complaint i do have is that this hotel charges you for the use of their parking facilities.

Good clean hotel. very close to heathrow airport. ideal for short stay business travellers looking for value for money hotel. breakfast is good. Odd thing is that entrance to the hotel is not facing the bath road.

Please note that there are three holiday inns in the vicinity of heathrow. So reconfirm the exact address. This one is closest to heathrow airport and next to park inn. the hotel entrance doesnt face bath road

it is really amazing hotel and the staff there are very friendly,, i would recommend it for those who have a short stay in London. If you want to go to the heart of London you may catch bus 423 to metro station and then to London by Piccadilly line.
