Robert C. Solo travelers Australia, August 22, 2012	nice hotel but not near tube reasonable size room, close to bus 6 thought it was close to tube station but a bus ride away which was annoying. nice rooms, clean (but only 1 soap, not replaced!

Families with young children Finland, August 04, 2012	Clean quiet hotel It was cleaner and in better condition than most other with this price in London 6.3 This hotel is clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly enough although first there was some confusion about the payment, because I had used the booking site. Also we had to wait some time for the room to be ready. The main negative point is that the hotel is not right next to an underground station. But the bus to underground works quite well once one learns it. All in all, the hotel is functional despite the location and well worth the money (especially during the Olympics) Hotel Feature Tip: Take bus 207 from Shephed Bush underground. Don't walk. I did and it's quite long with bags (app. 2km)
Won K. Couples South Korea, July 31, 2012	오래된 여인숙이에요. 비추 없어요. 직원분이 친절한 점? 2.7 런던 튜브 Shepherd's Bush Macket 역에서 걸어서 20분 거리. 인도인이 운영하는 호텔로 오래된 여인숙이라 생각하시면 되요. 좁고, 깨끗하지 않고, 가구도 낡았어요. 샴푸, 린스 등 전혀 없구요. 커피 포트 등도 너무 오래되서 사용 불가해요. 부부여행이었는데 이런 곳인지 모르고 숙박했다가 엄청 싫망했어요. 비추입니다.
