This was a terrible choice

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although one couldn't open the windows. Housekeeping was limited to specific hours. This hotel's location is terrible. It is remote, it has no access to taxis, public transport and a cab to London's center costs GBP25. I would not recommend it to anyone. THe front desk staff was also a bit rude and not very helpful.

good valye for money
staff were very attentive, hotel shuttle made the location less of an issue, bathroom was huge

very comfortable, good quality room (although could have been bigger). booked for my wife's birthday and on arrival there was a hand written card and some chocolates in the room. driver of the shuttle was brilliant - real character with great customer service.

Getting to the hotel is simple. If you are traveling by tube, a complimentary hotel drop off service is available to Clapham Common Underground Station (Northern Line) which delivers you to the heart of London Leicester Square in 15 minutes, King’s Cross in 20 minutes, Old Street in 20 minutes, Charing Cross in 10 minutes and Tottenham Court Road in 15 minutes, where you can hop onto the Central line to go to Bond Street, Bank, Moorgate or Barbican. If you are traveling by rail, Clapham Junction station links directly to London Victoria, Kensington (Olympia), London Waterloo and Wimbledon. There is a complimentary hotel drop off service to Clapham Junction. If you are traveling by car, take the Battersea Bridge south towards Wandsworth until reaching Westbridge Road (B305) on the right. Follow Westbridge Road 400 meters to the traffic lights at Battersea Square. From here, turn right onto Lombard Road cross under the railway bridge and Rafayel is almost immediately on the right hand side. Bus routes 170 takes you directly to Sloane Square/Victoria, C3 towards Earls Court/Clapham Junction, 295 towards Ladbroke Grove/Clapham and 44 towards Victoria/Tooting.
