This was a terrible choice

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although one couldn't open the windows. Housekeeping was limited to specific hours. This hotel's location is terrible. It is remote, it has no access to taxis, public transport and a cab to London's center costs GBP25. I would not recommend it to anyone. THe front desk staff was also a bit rude and not very helpful.

Fine but the shower is too complicated and they are still charging an extra 15 pounds for car parking when there is nowhere else to park.

good valye for money

staff were very attentive, hotel shuttle made the location less of an issue, bathroom was huge

very comfortable, good quality room (although could have been bigger). booked for my wife's birthday and on arrival there was a hand written card and some chocolates in the room. driver of the shuttle was brilliant - real character with great customer service.

Amazing stay

Lovely huge bathroom in junior sweet

The bathroom was a lively size with a relaxing jacuzzi bath. Big comfy bed, spacious room. Great customer service. Good views (although my room had a part view of the side of the building) and although I didn't have a chance to use the spa facilities, they also looked amazing although I'd say they should keep them open longer (jacuzzi etc.). Would definitely stay again and recommend!

We loved staying at this hotel, large rooms with free shuttle service to nearest metro station came in handy and we used every day. Also the breakfast was great with a wide selection. I was also impressed with the Spa, pool and gym area. Overall a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again on the next trip to London.

We have stayed several times, twice we enjoyed it but the last time we felt the staff were unhelpful. It is not good to have to pay extra to park given that it is not easy to get to. The standard rooms are cramped and not five star quality. Breakfast is not included.

Lovely modern hotel, shame about location

We arrived early but were welcomed at the stunning bar until the room was ready. Drinks were typical London prices, but good never the less. The staff are more than helpful but a few made life a tad too difficult at one stage. The room was lovely, big but still cosy with all the usual modern conveniences. The shower room was also spacious and the shower was as expected, huge! The hotel is located right next to the river Thames, but being so far away from the centre of London it does seem slightly isolated. The free shuttle car runs every half hour to Clapham Junction or Common. Which is useful but stops its service at 10.30pm. There is a bus stop outside which runs to Victoria station but only comes round every 20 or so minutes. If your looking for a London adventure look for somewhere closer towards the centre of London, if you have plenty of time to waste getting places (took us approximately 50 mins to get to Covent Garden) then this is certainly the hotel for you!
