Excellent location for shopping: few mins walk to Oxford/Bond Street;
Very clean and spacious room;
Friendly staff A bit pricy;
No free internet access The hotel is well-located nearby the Oxford/Bond Street where you can spend whole day for shopping. Just couple mins walk to and from the Marble Arch Tube Station. I've stayed in the hotel couple times for business and personal trip. The room is so comfortable that I can sleep well at night. The place is quiet as it is just right behind the Portman Square.
The setback is that the rate is a bit expensive that the breakfast is not inclusive in the room and internet is not free. Other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel.

Comfort, excellent concierge service, location, loved the mattress, excellent restaurant We loved this hotel! In fact, we already started planning a second trip and will definitely only go back to the Churchill. The concierges are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The location is perfect.
Shopping Tip : Selfridges and of course Oxford Street with all the shops
