The heater was not not working. the staff was unfriendly and rude. we were not allowed to place our luggage after check out however we have checked with the hotel in advance that we could place our luggae. the reason given was the deposit of luggage was priority for check in customers not check out customers. I thought I have paid to stay in that hotel so why i can't place my luggage?

Stay in the Apartments was good. In my opinion it was a budget accommodation so the only really good thing about the place was that it was centrally located. It's a stones throw to the park and very close to all public transport. The hotel doesn't have a lift and if you are staying on the 6th floor, be prepared for a hike, because it is a long way up, especially with luggage. Having the kitchen was handy, and the bed was comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Near to great restaurants, supermarket, shops, and a wonderful cafe that serves the best sandwiches. It's also walking distance from an Underground station.

Close to Tube(metro) Station.
Close to the Tube station. Free wifi in room but slow. There're kitchenette, microwave and oven in room.

Decent studio apartment

Decent place to stay, however given early check-in, about an hour later one of the staff (? maintenence guy) barged in without knocking, that was a surprise and telling us that we are lucky to be able to check in early !! But it was okay with the receptionist. Also, checked out slightly late and the same guy barged in and forced us to move our stuff out immediately. I find that was rude attitude by the maintenance guy. The front counter/receptionist was pleasant and understanding.

Its an avarage apartment with quite high rate
The location is strategic though, near Hyde park

the apartment was located near hyde park and tube station. however, it was very noisy and you can hear people walking outside (and above) your room. the water in the apartment was not safe for drink i think because the taste was awful and it had not clear color like usual tap water ( a bit white milk).

The suite is small, quite clean & has all the basics. Well worth the price paid. There was no lift so ask for a ground floor or 1st floor (2nd floor for North Americans) if stairs are an issue.
