3 minutes walk from metro, access to central line and green line. convinient stores just around, and quite a lot restaurant choices including chinese. could even walk to Notting hill within 20 minutes. recommend to provide facilities' user manual in room for customers

Hotel is located near two tube stations, very close to Hyde Park, nice location with lot's of restaurants and stores nearby

Clear appartment, but very uncomfortable beds with hard flat pillows. Our stay ended with hard backache. Towels not replaced at all during our stay, we have to ask for fresh towels additionally. No reception desk in the building, but accross the street. Strange odd appartment connection with other apartments through kind of internal funnel along all flats where no sound insulation exsist so we could hear each other very clearly, which was pretty much embarrassingly and intrusive.

this hotel's location is really great! it is near to two underground stations, the nearest one is bayswater! just 5 mins then you can reach to the station! there are lots of restaurants around the hotel!! and there are supermarkets and connivence stores too! however, there is no lift!!! my room is located on third floor!! it's quite difficult for me to carry the luggages. and the fan provided by the hotel is not working!! fortunately, it's not too hot in sep!
