General appearance inside and out
Breakfast cooked food was cold.
NO tea/coffee making facility in my room
very poor television reception.
This hotel is in an excellent location for the Westminster and central areas of London.
It was very clean and comfortable, checking in and out was very good.
My single room had a mini bar but unfortunately did not have tea or coffee making facilities in my room.
Television reception in my room was also very poor but I did not have time to ask the hotel to fix it as I was very busy with my work.
I would definitely stay again to see if my experience was just an unfortunate one.
