near to the airport, has a paid shuttle bus to and from airport, has clean rooms ,and a good rate Concierge needs to inform client of ALL the different cab options into London as opposed to only THE MOST expensive option... Be better informed the closest hotel to the airport, it has a paid shuttle bus to and from airport, clean rooms ,and a decent rate for the international traveler. However, if you plan to go into London, it is better for you to find out ahead of time of different transportation options form that sight., They were not too helpful at hotel and provided me with THE MOST expensive option to get into town. I paid half of that rate to get back to hotel after 12 midnight with another cab company that had first rate taxis.
