The upscale K West Hotel, with its modern architecture, blends funk with elegance. This hotel makes guests feel that they don't need to leave the premises through their rooms, which come in sizes of deluxe, executive, embassy suites, and K suites. The duvets are plush and the pillows are non allergenic as all details have been thoroughly reviewed. Guests have easy access to the many offerings of London, including West End, Hyde Park, Chelsea, and Kensington. However, should guests stay on premises, they can have a great time at the relaxed K Lounge, which has DJs playing from 9pm to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Some of the best room service food I have ever had.
Easy walk to Westfield and tube stations... when you know the way.
Hotel looks tired and worn.
Mini fridge in room not cold.
Vending machines give impression of budget hotel.

The K West Hotel and Spa does not live up to its rating. The staff were faultless - and extremely helpful and courteous.
The hotel itself looks a little run down and tired. The decor in the bedrooms is at best bland and the colour scheme doesn't help its run down appearance.
The room was clean. The bed linen wasn't top quality. The tolietries limited to a soap, one sachet of shampoo and one of shower gel.
The fridge in the room (empty - therefore not a mini bar) was on - but not cold. There are vending machines in the corridors for drinks and snacks- but these make you feel like you are in a youth hostel rather than a hotel.
In conclusion, if this hotel was considerably cheaper I would stay at again - but at those prices I would stay in a more established central London Hotel.

small bar area no where to sit and relax outside of the room.
The hotel was clean well equipt and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. My room was very small and there was no where to sit comfortably outside of the room where I could relax and read. Having internet access was very useful. Because of its position on a back street I felt a bit weary walking back to the hotel alone after dark but I did not have any bad experiances doing so. Overall I was happy with the hotel.

- At a very nice design hotel - very convenient location (quiet, residential area / 5min. Recommendable as sub) - upgrade, room much larger and better equipped - really great gym! - Good overall allocation of rooms - very friendly and helpful staff
- Foyer, unfortunately, somewhat decrepit - odor in some rooms (single room before visiting, people here are very cooperative ...)
