The location near Kensington High Street tube station is excellent. Staff is most helpful although in my case their efforts were inefficient. Already the first day I claimed that the air condition did not work and it was bitterly cold in the room. The double bed was next to the window and I felt the wind blowing in. However, staff tried their best to provide me with an additional blanket. Next day nothing had changed and on day 3 I checked out. The hotel room as such was clean, small though for two persons but one knows this well from cities like London or Paris. Price was a bargain compared to other hotels in London. Will definitely stay again there, asking for a twin bed next time to have room for my suitcase. Not to forget to mention, they have a spa in the hotel with a swimming pool and any kind of treatments for ladies and gents as well.

Small double bed, next to a window, air condition did not work and could not be fixed within 2 days, was pretty cold in the room.
