I have stayed at Kensington Close hotel for more than 10 times and its always my default hotel for london. I can never find another hotel of such value and never once have they disppointed. Love the big English Breakfast Buffet spread. The only fault i can pick on is the availability of FREE WIFI access.

Hotel was very nice, however was very disappointed with the size of my room and what we paid, the room was extremely small and cramped for 2 people! Unfortunately when we were in the bar two members of staff were having a disagreement which other members of the hotel could hear.

We booked into a room which was not that great,old,small, warm, uncomfortable. Eventually changed/upgraded to a newly renovated room.However the aircond system remains the same, dependent to what is set by the hotel.

enjoyed the break Hotel was easy to find ,it has its own underground car park ,(extra cost) unfortunetly the underground from Kensington high street was closed for the weekend, but avgood bus service was available.
