location, friendly staff and attentive staff

the room I was given for a family is not fit for a single dweller. It was a bad staying experience. The room was too small and terrible. However, the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is a five minute walk to gloucester station.
