Location and close to tube station, good bed,room size OK (we had a double room)and it was nice and quite Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, very ordinary continental breakfast - not good value for money. Need to improve their attitude to paying guests, upgrade their room facilities e.g. a tiny tiny TV with not a lot of channel choices Don't bother with the B&B just do the room, the breakfast was a dissappointment to say the least.While it was clean and the bed was comfortable I'm not sure it is worth paying the extra to be in London. The tibe is great so pay less and stay out a little further

In general the hotel is good, but dont get the rooms in front of the avenue... you cant sleep very well.
