This newly renovated budget hotel in West Kensington offers excellent value for money with modern rooms and good transport links. The hotel is only a short five-minute walk from West Kensington underground station and a great selection of exclusive bars and restaurants on Kensington High Street. From there, guests can access London West End and all the attractions in 20 minutes. The hotel is also only 500 meters from the Olympia Exhibition Hall. The immaculately clean and airy rooms have modern facilities including complimentary wireless Internet access and flat screen televisions. Breakfast packs and hot drinks are also provided at the reception area, and guests can explore nice cafés and restaurants surrounding the premise.

The staff was helpful and very nice, the location was also very convenient, and the terrace was a perfect hangout spot REALLY small rooms-I'm 5'9, my fiance is 6'2 and we barely fit into the room The "breakfast" included orange juice, cereal and yogurt which were handed out at the front desk. Our double room had 2 bunk beds that were made for small people and had we were not able to get a "luxury" room, we probably would not have been able to sleep at all. The shower was a curtain in the middle of the bathroom, so the water went everywhere. We did appreciate the fact we were able to be upgraded, but I think most of the rooms were only acceptable for college kids. If really necessary, the price of this hotel was nice considering the busy weekend and the terrace made up for a lot of it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is very conveniently located to both the bus and tube.

Clean, 5 min to the underground If you want a hotel just for sleep. A good budget alternative. We stayed 4 people in one room and it was small but ok for a few days.The room was clean and the bathroom was over expectations. The personnel were service minded.
