the price is cheap and the location is great. besides free wifi and free breakfast are offered. but the hotel is not that clean. the bed is kind of dirty. i think it does not matter if it is small, but you should make it clean. overall, worth the money.

Very kind front desk staff allowed me to to leave luggage overnight for day trip to Glasgow. Front desk staff even allocate a ground floor room to ease my hanling of luggage. They even allowed me to use the breakfast room for working . Location is very close to Kins Cross Station,Euston Rail Station , bus & taxi services. Very convenient access to food .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Great connection and pickup for sighseeing tours in London city & its fringe

Once i checked in to the hotel.. found the staff there very helpful.. the strategic location where the main terminal of train, underground.. is just 3 minutes away. lots of restaurants nearby..

Upon reviewing the slew of negatives reviews for this hotel, I thought I had made a horrible mistake upon booking it for 5 nights, especially since I knew I wouldn't be able to receive a refund. However, when my husband and I arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find our hotel room to be newly refurbished, clean, and mould-free. We stayed in room number 8, which is an en suite. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. With respect to previous posts, the staff are foreign but we had no problem understanding their accents and communicating with them. Neither one of us had cooked breakfast, only cereal, so we can't comment on the quality of that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to London.
Hotel Feature Tip: Specifically ask for room number 8, which is newly refurbished at the time of this posting.

Great hotel & services, but small rooms

10 mins walking to St Pancras station.

Have order a room with shared toilet, however was given a room with internal toilet at no extra charge.Room was rather small. Just a bed and small 1 person path to between bed and wall.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: near St Pancras station. Could go anywhere metro station from here. Get a $7 pound day ticket for easy travel whether by bus or train to place of interet

the hotel is really small, also no lift, but only have to climb up to the 4th floor. if you carry the big baggage, you need strong body and mind. breakfast is simple but enough. the most important for me is the location, very good, close to the king cross station, and you can easy to go any place by subway or bus. nearby the hotel, facing the kingcross, there is one chinese restaurant, very good and delicious food if considering you are in uk.

the room was a bit small, but still nice, toilet shower and room was clean, breakfast was decent aswell, the staff are friendly and helpfull, decent price, i am happy with the room and will reccomend to other people, the room had a tv, kettel and tea, basic but still good

the staff are friendly and helpyfull, the room is decent a bit small but refelcts the price, the room and bathroom was very clean, the room included a tv kettel with tea and coffe, the breakfast in the morning was nice, overall i was happy with the room i stayed in and would reccomend again
