In the cosmopolitan Bayswater area, this restored Edwardian terrace house is handy to Kensington Gardens, Portobello Road and the Heathrow Express. Handy to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, the Kyriad Princes Square Hotel is close to the action of the Bayswater high street shops and restaurants while retaining a peaceful ambiance. Rooms are tastefully decorated in a modest traditional style and common spaces offer a warm and welcoming environment for breakfasts or meeting up with friends. The hotel connects to the West End and Oxford Street via the District and Circle lines, and nearby the Whiteley's center offers a full day of shopping and eating on its premises alone. More than a few pubs are within walking distance of the Princes Square, providing a classically British end to the day.

small rooms

the hotel is located very well. The metro is not far away, the aera is very quit. You don't have to go to the Oxford Street, you will find close to the hotel a lot of nice shops. The breakfast is good and enough. I can recommend it, unless you want to spend in London and have a nice sleep. The rooms are little to small.

Breakfast is delicious, healthy, and light. Location is near the station. Counter service person is warm and work early in dealing documents.

There is not a bath in the room. There is not a hotel guide about open/close time of exit etc.

This hotel's persons took care of me friendly. Hotel is located near the station(5 walk minutes) and room was cleen. But if there is a hotel guide(enough at only one peper), I think it is better.
