Stayed at Landmark many times. Still has the great location and comfortable, spottless rooms. However, i felt the service was not quite up to par compared to previous visits. I hope they are not letting things slip? I had a night mare checking in, they could not find my booking! Food was so so...

The service was excellent and great location at Marylbone underground station, but it's a pity that hotel do not provide free breakfast and free-wifi access.

Overall a good 2 night stay. Did not try the bar or restaurant. Room service very efficient. The room was a very good size, but overall the whole hotel is very dated. The TV in the room was from the 80's - money needs to be spent on modernising the place. This hotel is very behind the times.

The lobby was kinda nice, that's it.

The service was the worst at any hotel, unprofessional staff: took me an hour to check in! Facilities where nothing special and overpriced. A shame for such an established hotel.

Me alojé en este hotel con motivo de mi asistencia a un concierto. Elegí este hotel por recomentdación de una amiga. La verdad es que el sitio es muy especial. Es comfortable, exclusivo y te tratan muy bien. Todo es perfecto desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Tal vez lo único que me extrañó es que el wifi fuera de pago, pero el resto me pareció ideal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: si vas a este hotel no puedes perderte el museo de Madame Tussaud en la misma calle. Lo he visto ya cinco veces y siempre tiene cosas nuevas

ホテルは、ハイドパークから歩いて10分程度と中心部からも近く、地下鉄、鉄道、バス停もすぐそばにあり、とても便利でした。 ホテルの部屋、アメニティもすばらしく、最高でした。
