Its was very quility stander hotel , everythings was excellent ... services one of the best thing that you can notice , the staff where very friendly and very helpful any where you need them , decoretion and all the in or our touches were very much chosen its was more buitful , I am very much happybfor the time I spent at this lovely hotel , and strongly recominde all of freinds and business related body to stay at this hotel > thank you for every things
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: the hotel is one of best location and view internaly and also the chose beeb given was realy porfessional in related to standser and price and all other interests .

Small rooms. Small bathrooms. Archaic plumbing.. Poor ventilation in rooms facing the atrium. Very pricey wireless internet. No free wifi in the lobby. Hotel guests have to pay £ per hour for use of gym. This is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website. Even the swimming pool is not free-- a first for us. The hotel is situated directly across the road from the Marylebone underground station, making travel very convenient.
Travel tip: There is a Marks and Spencers food store across the road in the station. Open almost 24/7-- very convenient. Also several small coffee stations and stalls serving coffee and sandwiches and pastries.

Nice hotel but seldom choose for restaurant

this hotel is very traditional, also the outlook is not good enough, but the facility and service are very good, the guest room are very comfortable.there are nice breakfast in this hotel. however, as chinese, there is seldom restaurant to choose.

i went to hotel at 8 p.m. Hotel is full. but I have nice room. I book 3 rooms for my family. In room have many spade big room and warm.

Friendly staff(most actually were British),spacious rooms,excellent Brunch on Sunday

this was a treat for my daughter's birthday and although i only mentioned it in passing when i booked the rooms and brunch(several months ago) she was delighted when the pianist played happy birthday and a plate of desserts with happy birthday on it appeared(she is 27).i can thoroughly recommend this hotel. i have stayed in many 5*and 6* hotels around the world for business and pleasure and this rates as one of the best!!
Restaurant Tip: Do try the Sunday Champagne Brunch

heerlijke tijd gehad met mijn dochter. na veel shoppen en sightseeing is het fijn om even uit te rusten in het hotel. de cocktailbar kan ik aanraden, de mensen die daar werken zijn super aardig en de cocktails, inclusief de non-alcoholische cocktails, zijn super lekker en met veel liefde klaar gemaakt. het ontbijt is wel erg duur maar daar hoef je dan ook geen gebruik van te maken.
