Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. London Elizabeth Hotel Hyde Park London Info
The London Elizabeth Hotel features stately and graceful architecture and a classic light coloring. This hotel's location, at the edge of Hyde Park in the West End which is famous for its nightlife, theatres, and restaurants, is ideal for guests interested in seeing a show. The rooms come in varying styles and sizes including the Hyde park Suite, which looks as if it were decorated for Sherlock Holmes, or the Conservatory Suite, which looks like it may have been used in the movie Breakfast at Tiffanies. In addition to these suites, there are more traditionally decorated bedrooms including the deluxe bedroom and the classic double bedroom.

The hotel is situated near both the Tube station of Lancaster Gate and Hyde park. The room is clean. But the stairs are slightly slanted and toilet sometimes doesn't flushed. The breakfast is English style and satisfiable. The lift is very small, so it can hold 1 person with luggage.
All staff are friendly.

Good powerful and hot shower, location
Musky atmosphere, dated decor, stay away from the draft beer.
This hotel was very old fashioned, trying to have an old world antique finish, but looking more like your 90 year old grandmothers living room, lacking the class of the stately home style hotel they seemed to be trying to emulate.
Cosy and homely, maybe, but felt musky and slightly damp and the bar served probably the worst pint I have ever had in London.
That said, they done the basics ok. The showers were hot and powerful, the towels plentiful and the room had a trouser press that worked just fine.
The continental breakfast was nice enough and the teapot held a good 2.5 cups.. and for a fiver more you could have a full english, which one of my colleagues had and it looked nice enough.
Would I stay again, probably, because of the value for money for London.. but I wouldn't take the wife there on a romantic weekend thats for sure!
